Hi folks. In this space I'll be share my experience on raising kids in a smaller home. How to make the most out of the space you do have and enjoy getting out more often to do other activities outside 

To tidy or to clean ? That is the question sometimes isn't it. 

I used to get frustrated that I wouldn't have time for cleaning because I had to first clear a surface and that would take so long that I wouldn't be bothered after. Sure I'm all for shoving things in a basket and calling it a day. Run your vacuum and be done with it. But what about those things in the basket? Am I just piling up another job for another day? Sure probably. I've slowly started to realize that overall it's faster to do things slower and they to do them in order. And none of us wants to spend our living cleaning ultimaly. 

Now I try to separate the jobs in my head, and do one thing properly at a time. One day I'll plan to sort out that desk and another day I'll wipe it down properly. Kids definitely make you slow down and make doing things harder so I try not to  schedule too much
